STATEMENT DELAY
The statements are significantly delayed this month and unless the postal service can move quicker than normal, statements will not arrive before January 1st. The message below is on the Vendor site. We don’t think the problem is high volume, since this has never been an issue in year prior.
Kinney has reached out a few times and they continuously say they are working
on it, but we are arriving at a point of no return as far as timing is concerned. As an FYI, statements were ordered on the 16th (immediately after lates were run as usual),
we normally receive the proof the same day or worst case, the next day, then statements are in the mail within 24 hours afterward.
We are nearly a week out now and have not yet received the proof…..

We are currently experiencing longer-than-usual production times due to high order volumes and supply chain constraints. While we remain committed to delivering the highest quality products, please anticipate additional time for order processing and fulfillment.

AS OF TODAY 12/23/2025, THE POOL HEAT HAS BEEN TURNED OFF. WHEN THE WEATHER IS WARMER (FEB/MARCH) WE WILL TURN THE POOL HEATER BACK ON.
THE SPA WILL REMAIN HEATED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
